Jarrett Deerwester has just complete the multi-day NAHB "Certified
Green Proffessional" course entitling him to the "CGP" designation.
The CGP designation certifies Jarrett as a trained green building
proffessional who can tailor a green building program to suit his
clients green building needs. A green built home is surprisingly

Association recently honored Jarrett Deerwester Construction with a
2009 Home of the Year Award. This award was presented for the
historic renovation of the Gregory House, a landmark home in the
historic district of downtown Southern Pines.
The home is
currently featured on the cover of Pinehurst Magazine. Be sure to read

The
home was recognized for its historic accuracy in the restoration while
